Where appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) are used and the firm play a role in the resolution of financial aspects of disputes. Mediation is becoming a more common feature in dispute resolution and we play our part in this process.

We also assist with business valuations and the negotiation/resolution of banking debts/commitments.

Kieran Egan FCA, Dip. Forensic Accounting is a specialist Forensic Accountant based in Sligo. With over 30 years experience primarily in general practice and in recent years specialising in forensic accounting/dispute resolution.

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 1991. In 2011 Kieran completed the CAI Diploma in Forensic Accounting.

Kieran is experienced in providing expert witness evidence to the Courts. The evidence can be in report format and/or in attending the Court.
